Terms and Conditions – Telugu Voice Typing App
These terms and conditions apply to the Telugu Voice Typing app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Ashu (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. It is strongly advised that you read and understand them before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is committed to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated in advance.
No Data Collection or Transfer
The Application does not collect, store, or transfer any personal data from users. The Service Provider does not process any user information or share data with third parties.
It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this may compromise security and affect the proper functioning of the Application.
Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services such as:
- Google Play Services
- Admob
These third-party services may have their own terms and conditions, which you should review separately. However, the Application itself does not collect or transmit any user data to these services.
Network and Service Responsibility
Some features of the Application may require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function properly due to internet connectivity issues. If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi network, you are responsible for any data charges incurred as per your mobile provider's agreement.
The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for certain factors beyond their control, such as device battery levels, network coverage, or disruptions caused by third-party services.
Updates and App Changes
The Service Provider may update the Application periodically. Continued use of the Application after updates implies acceptance of the new version. The Service Provider may also discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. In such cases, users must stop using and delete the Application if necessary.
